1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.table-art.ae and any services provided by Table Art Middle East LLC (“Table Art”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Our Services
Table Art Middle East provides premium DMX-controlled table centrepiece hire, LED event décor, retail wall installations, plant rental, and associated event styling services across Dubai and the UAE. We are the official Middle East partner of Table Art UK.
3. Quotations & Bookings
- All quotations are provided in AED and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking agreement and the required deposit payment
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
- Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing
4. Deposits & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total invoice value is required to secure your booking date
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event date
- For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (TT) and approved payment gateways as indicated on your invoice
- Late payment may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit
5. Cancellations & Refunds
The following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable; no further charges apply
- Cancellation 15–30 days before the event: 75% of the total booking value is charged
- Cancellation within 14 days of the event: 100% of the total booking value is charged
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@table-art.ae. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
6. Equipment & Hire
- All equipment remains the property of Table Art Middle East at all times
- The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of hired equipment from the time of delivery to the time of collection
- The client must ensure a safe, secure, and suitable environment for the installation and operation of our equipment
- Our team requires clear access to the venue at agreed setup and breakdown times
- Any modifications to our equipment by third parties are strictly prohibited
7. Damage & Loss
The client will be charged for the full replacement cost of any hired items that are damaged beyond repair or lost during the hire period. A damage deposit may be required for certain bookings and will be returned within 7 business days following the event, subject to inspection.
8. Force Majeure
Table Art Middle East shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or venue closures. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to reschedule your booking where possible.
9. Liability
- Table Art Middle East’s total liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the booking in question
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from our services
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties including venues, other suppliers, or acts outside our control
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
10. Intellectual Property
All images, content, designs, and materials on our website and marketing collateral are the intellectual property of Table Art Middle East LLC and Table Art UK. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at table-art.ae/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
